Training and pruning: VSP (vertical shoot positioning), with wooden stakes and stainless steel wires; cordon spur pruning

FERMENTATION

In stainless steel with maceration on the skins for about 10 days at a temperature of 26-30 C (79-86°F).

AGING

After malolactic fermentation, the wine fines for about five months in stainless steel tanks and then for almost 3 months in the bottle.

TASTING NOTES

Ruby red, the wine has an intense aromas of red fruits, cherry and strawberry, with a delicate flowery notes. The mouth is fresh and persistent with soft tannins: a versatile red for many kinds of food pairings.
