VINEYARDS

Training and pruning: VSP (vertical shoot positioning), with wooden stakes and stainless steel wires; cordon spur pruning

Planting densities: 4000 plants per hectare

Yield per hectare: About 7.5 tons

Harvest: By hand, 10th to 20th September

FERMENTATION

In stainless steel with maceration on the skins for about 10 days at a temperature of 26-30 C (79-86°F).

AGING

After malolactic fermentation, the wine fines for about five months in stainless steel tanks and then for almost 3 months in the bottle.

TASTING NOTES

Ruby red with purple reflections. Nose, intense, persistent, with hints of ripe fruit andspicy notes. Taste, warm, harmonious and well balanced, with a soft and persistent finish.
