Training and pruning: VSP (vertical shoot positioning), with wooden stakes and stainless steel wires; cordon spur pruning

Planting densities: 3500 to 4000 plants per hectare

Yield per hectare: About 10 tons

Harvest: By the hand in September

FERMENTATION

In stainless steel at a controlled temperature.

AGING

In stainless steel tanks and then at least two months in the bottle before release.

TASTING NOTES

Strong personality characterized by a fruity and floral bouquet, round and elegant in the mouth. The white peach and esotic fruits melt with flowers of the Mediterranean, which makes it’s bouquet intense and complete. In the palate the smooth and minerality give a pleasant sensation.
