FERMENTATION

Temperature controlled fermentation in 50 hl. stainless steel

AGING

After malolactic fermentation, the wine fines for about five months in stainless steel tanks and then for almost 3 months in the bottle.

TASTING NOTES

Colour, straw yellow with greenish reflections. Nose, intense and persistent, with fruity and floral hints and notes of vanilla and citrus fruits. Taste, full and soft, it maintains through time great balance and flavor.
