Training and pruning: VSP (vertical shoot positioning), with wooden stakes and stainless steel wires; cordon spur pruning

Planting densities: 4000 plants per hectare

Yield per hectare: About 5–8,5 tons

FERMENTATION

In stainless steel at a controlled temperature.

AGING

In stainless steel tanks. Six months after the harvesting, the wine was underwent a secondary fermentation in bulk tanks (Charmat method), acquiring soft and fruity notes. After the last stages of stabilization it was bottled and stored until distribution.

TASTING NOTES

Nose: opens with soft notes of wild flowers and almost immediately develops fresh notes reminiscent of pear, bananas, white peach and apricot. Palate: harmonious and composed, its agile and lively nature is marked by a satisfying vein of acidity, which interacts perfectly with its soft structure to produce a highly drinkable wine.
